Family Dinner – Friday Night – about 7pm
Open for all dealers, family members, designated helpers and early buyers with a $20. Early Buyer admission.
The cost of
each sales table is $35., with a maximum number of
three [3] tables per vendor. No
additional or personal tables will be allowed on the floor. Tables measure 3ft. x 8ft. and must be covered
to the floor with cloths or covers provided by vendors. Boxes must be secured under each table. Tables, chairs, and nametags will be provided
at dealer set-up time.
Display space
will be provided at no charge. Each
display is limited to one eight-foot table; however, multiple displays are
allowed. Please indicate on the Contract
the type of display and the space and location required. Deadline for display
table reservations is September 1 to allow for proper planning and placement of
tables.
Parking will
be available on site for the general public and at adjacent sites for
vendors. On Saturday, NO vendors will be
allowed to park in the FOP lot in order to allow the maximum number of spaces
for our customers. Exceptions will be
made only for health/disability reasons.
Overflow parking areas will be announced at the Friday night
dinner/set-up. No parking will be
allowed in the Bank lot on Saturday morning due to their Saturday business
hours. Space is available for campers,
but no utilities can be provided.
Tabletop
collectibles and related items are encouraged by the show committee. Crafts and other non-related items are not
permitted. All items must be marked with
the price. Damaged, repaired, or
reproduced items must be so marked.
